Flo is a YALE Scholar and the Founder of The Hybrid Leadership Institute focused on identifying, raising and developing the next generation of global and African leaders and entrepreneurs. As a leadership coach, Flo speaks at conferences and advises leaders, private, public and non-profit organizations on culture, leadership excellence, business success, youth empowerment, change, national development and capacity development.
